1. Eligibility for Exchange and Return:

We accept exchanges and returns within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused. Please note that personalized or custom-made fragrances are not eligible for exchange or return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

2. Process for Exchange and Return:
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please follow these steps:

– Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, either by emailing mahdiperfumeco@gmail.com or by filling out the contact form on our website. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange or return, and the reason for the exchange or return.

– Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions. If your exchange or return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with the return address.

– Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging or a suitable alternative to ensure they are protected during transit. Include the RA number provided by our customer service team.

– Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Exchange Process:
– Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they are in their original condition, we will process the exchange. You will be notified via email regarding the availability of the desired exchange item(s) and any price differences, including shipping costs.

– If the item(s) you wish to exchange for are of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference. If the item(s) are of lower value, we will issue a store credit for the price difference.

4. Refund Process:
– Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they are in their original condition, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

– Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Non-Eligible Items:
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:

– Personalized or custom-made fragrances, unless there is a defect or error on our part.
– Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
